The Clerk’s offices are divided into 3 divisions:
- Real Estate
- State Court
- Superior Court
Duties & Responsibilities
The Superior Court and State Court offices are charged with the recording and maintenance of all the filed documents for criminal and civil proceedings. The dedicated employees of the Clerk’s office also support every court proceeding with the presence of a Deputy Clerk. Filing of case documents, both in office and during the court proceedings, is just a part of their responsibilities.
