Special Condition Drug Bonds
In 2000, Judge Dennis T. Blackmon and Chief Magistrate, Alton P. Johnson implemented a special condition drug bond. These bonds are given to those who do not have an extensive criminal history and are arrested on a drug or drug-related offense.
Conditions & Requirements
Under this bond, there is a submission of weekly drug screens and a curfew of 6 p.m. These bonds are monitored by the Chief Deputy Clerk Stacey Carr.
