| A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 am on December 11, 2025, at 1201 Newnan Road, Carrollton, Georgia 30117. Any person or entity that fails to attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will not be permitted to submit a Proposal for the Project and any Proposal submitted by a person or entity that did not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be returned unopened.
