December 2nd, 2025 is the Date of the Villa Rica General Municipal Runoff.

• Due to no candidate reaching the required threshold of greater than 50% of the vote, a runoff will be held in Villa Rica for the offices of City Council for Wards 4 and 5. 
• The Ward 4 Runoff will include the following candidates:
  • Tyler L. Barr
  • Greg Roberts
• The Ward 5 Runoff will include the following candidates:
  • Dominique Conteh
  • Luz Morales
• This election will be open to all eligible voters who reside in Wards 4 or 5 of Villa Rica.  
• October 6th, 2025 was the Registration Deadline for the December 2nd, General Municipal Runoff. You will not be able to vote in this election if you are not registered before this date.
• On Election Day, eligible voters will vote at the Powell Park Recreation Center which will be open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. To confirm whether or not you are eligible for this election,  please go to the GA My Voter Page.
• IMPORTANT: Please confirm for your own information, the status of your  voter registration and polling location as soon as possible before Election Day. 
• A sample ballot will be available as soon as possible. 

Early Voting Information of the December General Municipal Runoff of 2025:

Powell Park Recreation Center will have three days of early voting starting on the 24th of November and ending on the 26th of November. Election day is December 2nd from 7:00am to 7:00pm, and must also vote at the Powell Park Recreation Center. 

Notice: Early Voting will not be available on that Thursday and Friday because of the Thanksgiving Holiday.

The early voting schedule is as follows:

• November 24th to November 26th (Monday through Wednesday) - 8:30am to 5:00pm
