Voter Registration Deadline for November 3, 2015, Municipal General Election.
Monday, October 5, 2015, is the last day to register to vote in the November 3, 2015 Municipal/General Election. This deadline also includes making changes to existing voter registration records, like an address change or name change.

Eligible voters may also register to vote at
• Carroll County Elections & Registration Office
• Public Libraries
• City Hall
Early voting begins October 12 at the elections office; Monday- Friday, 8-5.
